| | We were very impressed with Joe's approach to selling our home. We closely monitored web listings during our search for a house, and, in our opinion, very few agents matched the speed and early level of exposure Joe provided. In the first 24 hours we were listed on the MLS, with picture, and fully featured on Joe's websites. The additional photos gave early buyers a better indication of what our house was like before they viewed it. Joe immediately introduced us to another member of his team, and assured us if he were ever unavailable (which never happened) his team members were there for us. When Joe gave us the appraisal value on our home we questioned it; we knew there was a nearby property, identical to ours, priced significantly higher (private sale). Joe carefully reviewed with us about a dozen recent similar home sales in our area, and explained the differences in each home valuation. By the time he finished we were confident our selling price was appropriate. The result: our home sold in two days. The other property has been on the market for about 2 months and its price has been reduced several times. |
